Your PSO is made up entirely of volunteers. Most of our volunteers work full-time and still manage to help out and support the school. Whatever your situation, we appreciate your willingness to help and we’ll find a way to get you plugged in and helping. We always have a need for volunteers for upcoming school events.

Starting with the upcoming school year, Great Hearts will no longer utilize fingerprinting to clear volunteers and are moving to the Raptor system in all schools. If you would like to volunteer on campus, please click on the link to fill out and complete the volunteer application. The cost is $5. Once completed, the Raptor system will respond within 48 hours to let you know if you’ve been cleared to volunteer. All volunteers must be approved through this process, no exceptions. Please note, when selecting the school it will not separate Lincoln Prep and Archway Lincoln; it will clear you for both schools.  You can choose multiple campuses if that applies to your family. If you know you will be on campus next year, you can start now to get approval and be cleared for the upcoming school year. The enrollment is good from July 1, 2020 through the following June. Each July, you will re-register for the following school year. If you have any questions or concerns you can reach out to John Lund, Great Hearts Safety Manager at

Teacher Appreciation

Teachers have a huge impact on our children. We in the Lincoln Prep PSO believe that teachers should be regularly appreciated and recognized for the influence they provide to our children.

Some of the ways we are planning to honor our teachers:

  • Special monthly lunches
  • Birthday recognition
  • Baggies full of cards and words of thanks from students
  • Free Holiday Gift Wrapping
